What shipping service do you use?

All orders under 150 pounds are shipped UPS ground unless selected otherwise in shopping cart. Larger orders are generally shipped on skids.

Our convenient multiple locations mean most of USA receive their shipments within 2 business days.

What is latest time I can place an order and have it shipped from your warehouse that same day?

4.00pm Pacific 1.00pm EST for ground shipments for most orders.

Can I use my own shipping company to collect at your warehouse?

Yes.

If I want to collect/ arrange collection from your warehouse, what are your hours for collection?

8.30 am to 4.00 pm.
